"Working with Jackson catering is great! We hold an outdoor fundraiser every other year and our venues are not the easiest to navigate (this time the kitchen was set up by the horse stables!). But they always figure it out and make it work with smiling faces. We’ve used Jackson Catering for our last two events and the food consistently gets rave reviews from our guests. Our event has an African theme and Jackson’s chefs are always able to come with unique and tasty dishes for us. I highly recommend them!"

We most recently had them cater a BBQ lunch for our company and they took care of absolutely everything for us. Everything we’ve ever had from Jackson Catering has been delicious - most notably the perfectly seasoned tri-tip, the manicotti, the mac-n-cheese AND the absolute BEST mashed potatoes ever! Have I mentioned how amazing their mashed potatoes are?"

"My wife and I booked this catering company last minute for our wedding since we procrastinated on getting one. Our wedding was about 3 weeks ago. Surely enough, they were willing to work with us even with the short amount of time. I spoke with Danica initially and she was super helpful and very kind on the phone. They had a great selection of food and took our ideas into consideration, in regards to what food we wanted. The food is AMAZING by the way. Delicious! The staff was very kind and helpful. They always made sure everyone at the wedding was fed and had their drinks. Their bar service was awesome as well. The bartender (I forgot her name) was very nice. The whole staff was just wonderful. They even took the time to pet our 3 dogs :).
I would definitely recommend this catering company and would book them again if given another opportunity. Overall, my experience with them was satisfying and I'm sure my wife will agree!"

"We used Jackson Catering recently for our wedding and they were AMAZING every step of the way. Their food is amazing and from our initial tasting we knew we had to secure our date with a deposit that same day it was that good. We got to try so many options for our menu selection and they let us take the leftovers home, were very kind and easy to work with. We went with an option for them to cook the food on site at our venue and served buffet style and all our guests were blown away! I could eat my wedding dinner over and over again and never get sick of it. So Grateful I stumbled upon them!"
