Update on Lettuce: Health officials with the CDC have stated that lettuce products excluding shredded iceberg lettuce are safe to eat if you take proper precautions. We do not use iceberg lettuce in our cafe and we follow careful protocols and safety guidelines for washing lettuce prior to preparing salads, sandwiches and wraps.
We feel confident that it is safe to resume serving salads and lettuce in our cafe at this time.
